I registered. Why does it still say I am an unregistered user? After filling out the registration form, you will be sent a confirmation message via e-mail. You must follow the instructions in that message to complete your registration. This process ensures that your e-mail address is correct and functional. Please allow at least 24 hours to receive your confirmation message.
The Password I received is just a bunch of numbers and letters that are very difficult to remember, can't I get a regular password? You can change your issued password to a more user friendly one by going to the Chg Registration page. Remember that your Password is your SECURITY, make it difficult enough that no one can figure it out and, especially, don't give it out.
I have forgotten my user password. What do I do? You can use our password utility to send your password to the email address we have on file. Just follow this link. Lost Password.
How do I change my User Id? You can change your User ID on the Chg Registration page.
How do I change my e-mail address? A Change of E-mail Address is only available by emailing the AUCTIONEERwith your current user information including, ID/Alias, EMail, Password and Address.
How do I change my address? We have an online form which you can use to view or modify your registered user information. The form is on our Chg Registration link.
What is the number to the right of the user name? The number you see in brackets to the right of user names is the users number of feedbacks that have been posted about him/her. Click on this number to read what other users have said about that person or to add your own feedback to their rating.
I was very pleased/unhappy dealing with someone; what should I do? You can voice your results with another user by either clicking on the number next to their name and leaving feedback or by email to Tat2 Net Auction Bid's AUCTIONEER.
What are the basic do's and don'ts here at Tat2 Net Auction Bid? Click on the Acceptable Use Policy Agreement link, make sure that you are familiar with this agreement and understand that your use of the any resource of the Webo Bid Auctions requies that you agree to abide by it. Users that abuse the system may be (1.) warned up to 3 times in the case of a minor infraction at the discretion of the AUCTIONEER. (2.) Have appropriate Feed back posted after repeated warnings by and at the discretion of the AUCTIONEER. (3.) A User may be temporarily banned from our site for more serious behaviour and and in the case of totally unacceptable actions, may be banned permenantly all at the discretion of the AUCTIONEER. (4.) Any activity that is illegal or otherwise of a most serious nature, shall be forwarded to the appropriate authorities for any legal, civil or investigative purposes. Tat2 Net Auction Bid shall cooperate with all law enforcement and regulatory authorities to protect Internet users from, illegal or unlawful, pornographic or solicitous, hate crimes or acts, spam or infringements of privacy, intimidation, fraud or any other unacceptable intrusions of electronic space.
What is Tat2 Net Auction Bid's policy with respect to Users' contact information and privacy? Tat2 Net Auction Bid takes great care to protect the privacy of all users. Tat2 Net Auction Bid does not provide any user information to outside vendors or any other 3rd partyObviously some contact between Sellers, Bidders and Buyers must be facilitated. All user contact information is considered private and is not disclosed to anyone other than the exchange between users who have completed a succesful bid. Sellers can get the contact information from the high bidder of a completed auction that has also met the Reserve bid of the Seller. Go to the [Closed Auction] text link at the bottom of the page. you will have to give your User ID and password to submit. You will then be given a list of completed transactions that you have either bid on or were the seller. Select the item sold and you will receive the high bidders contact info, if the Reserve Bid has been met. If that item did not sell you can also repost it from there. If you were a bidder, you would select an item you have bid on and you will recive the sellers contact info if you were the winner of the bid. If not the winner you can see the User ID of the other bidders and the winning bid price. All functions other pages will reveal no more than the User ID name and links to your auctions or your Tat2 Page. Any information that you put on your WeO Page or in your item descriptions are readable by any internet surfer. Bidding, adding items to auction, posting feedback, creating Tat2 Pages and all other functions are available to registered users only and cannot be accessed by unregistered web surfers. Remember that your password, along with your User ID name, is the key to your account and your information. Keep it secure and do not give it out to others.
